Brunch has finally made its way into Italian cuisine.  Seems like restaurants in Italy are starting to serve it.  Usually Italians never eat eggs for breakfast, just a piece of cake or toast.  Come and join us for a relaxed meal on Sunday at noon, Italian style.
•Caramelized Tomato Sauce and Herb Ricotta Bruschetta
•Potato Frittata
•Pizza Carbonara (Marguerita with Poached Egg and Bacon on Top)
•Crespelle with Prosciutto, Zucchini, and Fontina Cheese
•Tomato and Herb Crusted Salmon on Bed of Potatoes, Olives and Capers with Salsa Verde
•Rustic Apple Crostata with Mascarpone Custard Sauce
