Two classic comfort foods combine to make one hearty and very satisfying casserole.  This Sloppy Joe Mac n Cheese takes the flavors of a sloppy joe and puts them in a big bowl of comforting pasta. The recipe makes a generous meal for 4-5 people and can be baked in the pan it is prepared in or moved to a baking dish for a great do ahead dinner.
You will need a large oven safe skillet and a large pot for cooking pasta in order to prepare this dish.  If you plan to cook the dish ahead it can also be transferred into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
