Schools out so it’s time to heat things up in our kitchen!  The weather may be hot enough to fry an egg, but inside our cool kitchen we are cooking up a ton of summer fun in this hands on class showcasing summer-friendly and kid-friendly recipes!

Day 1 poolside: strawberry watermelon lemonade, strawberry corn salsa with homemade chips, tropical island chicken, bbq chicken pizza, tropical fruit salad and mini s’mores
Day 2 at the beach: bite size snack crackers and homemade hummus, cornflake chicken tenders with BBQ ranch dip, avocado ranch chicken wraps, cinnamon sand dollar cookies and bomb pop cookies, chocolate chip cookie bars
Day 3 picnic in the park: chicken and bacon roll ups, english muffin tuna melts, loaded baked potato salad, homemade honey graham crackers, lemon cream sandwich cookies, popcorn bars
