Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Sizzling fajitas are always a family favorite. But add a sheet-pan to the plan, and you have a crowd-pleasing Tex-Mex meal that’s also quick and easy to prepare — and simple to clean up. Sheet-pan fajitas are your secret weapon for busy weeknight dinners.
You will need some aluminum foil and a 10×15 inch baking pan to prepare this meal.  The dish is best when marinated for at least 30 minutes or it can be prepared and chilled for up to 8 hours before cooking.  The meal comes with enough fajita fixins’, tortillas and salsa to feed a family of 4-6 people.

Meal kits are available for pick-up at the studio on Thursday from 2-4pm.  Simply pull up to the studio door and we will deliver your order to your car.
