Join us for a fun pasta-making experience!
Upon arrival, you will be served a caesar salad and experience a demonstration on how to make pasta dough.
Attendees will then work to make more dough, roll it out, and cut it into linguini.
The pasta will be served with a simple roasted tomato sauce, you will receive a recipe and a discussion on how to make this at home, and sourdough bread to be eaten on-site as a group.
Everyone will enjoy cannoli to sample for dessert.
We are BYOB for wine or beer if you choose.
This is an immersive and hands-on experience.
