Pretzel Crusted Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches with Sweet Potato Fries

Mustard and pretzels make a crispy, salty breading for pounded pork tenderloin.  These sandwiches are paired with a creamy aioli sauce and homemade sweet potato fries to make for a hearty meal for at least six people.   The kit includes a double pack of pork tenderloins that are sliced and pounded thin so it makes enough for eight sandwiches with extra for left overs.

You will need a large frying pan, a small amount of vegetable oil and some salt to prepare this meal.

Meal kits will be available for pick up at the studio on Thursday from 2-4pm.  Please call (732)741-2665 when you arrive so we can deliver to your car.
