In this class, Michelle Esten of Elle Eats and Dr. Tricia Talerico of the Nutrition and Weight Loss Center teams up with Chef Heather at our studio to explore the benefits of a Plant-Based diet while preparing delicious flavor-packed dishes.  Dr. Trish will be providing amazing swag bags from her wellness practice and we will have a nutritionist available throughout the class to answer questions about dietary ways to lead a healthy lifestyle. Chef Heather will help to simplify your approach to vegetarian and vegan cooking.  (All recipes are vegetarian with a few vegan – modifications for a completely vegan menu will be reviewed throughout the class)
