Following his own healthy transformation, award-winning chef Doug Stehle shares his passion for wholesome, healthy foods at Cavé in Avon By the Sea.  Known as the Caveman Culinarien,  Doug develops creative recipes to satisfy a variety of palates with seasonal farm-to-table fare and an emphasis on the Paleo Diet.   This class will feature some of his signature Paleo dishes.
