These easy to prepare decadent cheesecakes are great on their own but also make for a great finish to our Chicken Parmesan Dinner.  With creamy coffee flavoring inside and a chocolate chip topped whipped cream the flavors of tiramisu are combined in every bit.

This recipe makes 12 full size cheesecakes that back in a standard muffin pan.
