This full participation, two session class will explore cooking techniques for all levels.  You will learn knife skills, how to cook meat perfectly, making pan sauces, roasting vegetables, blanching green vegetables and cooking leafy greens.  Learn how to get dinner on the table with confidence and make cooking fun rather than a chore.

Week 1 – February 10th

Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Broiled Marinated Salmon with Steamed Rice and Green Beans
