Sauces are often the most important part of a delicious dish.
When made well, they will keep you coming back for more.


In this class you will learn from Chef Ashley Ricart how to make béchamel,  beurre blanc, romesco,  & chimichurri.

All sauces will be served with seasonal vegetables, rice & grilled chicken.

We’ll round out the class with a delicious from-scratch chocolate fudge sauce over vanilla ice cream.
