This demonstration-style class connects the garden with the kitchen. Chris will walk you through how to grow select herbs and vegetables—sharing tips on planting, care, and harvest—then demonstrate creative, approachable ways to use them in seasonal dishes. Guests will observe, learn, and leave inspired to grow and cook with confidence at home. This class includes a several course tasting menu.

Chef Chris Mumford, a former full-time chef, has embarked on a new journey, creating his own farming and plant-growing business complemented by occasional catering services.
His wife Debbie, a retired Pastry Chef, often showcases her amazing talents alongside Chris’s delicious culinary creations.
