Maybe pasta should be its own food group? There is no better choice than fresh pasta for a fine meal that will please both family and company alike. In this class we will be making 3 different types of fresh pasta dough, made into a variety of shapes and served with sauces to match.

Fresh Egg Pasta with Spinach

Sicilian Bruschetta
Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter Sauce
Spinach Fazzoletti (pasta rags) with Arrabbiata Sauce
Orecchiette with Caramelized Onions and Cauliflower with Herbed Bread Crumbs
Orange and Lemon Salad with Escarole
Gelato Affogato (Drowned Ice Cream)
