Join Chef B in making these Latin-inspired savory beef-filled turnovers.
They’ll be paired with 3 flavor-bomb sauces:
Argentine chimichurri
South Western Charred Pepper Puree
Tex-Mex Cheddar Cheese.
You’ll learn to make the dough from scratch, create the filling, and realize how easy it is to make the sauces.

About Chef Christopher Burgos:
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America (’84) he has worked at every level of professional kitchens in NYC and other parts of the country.
Since the late 90’s Chef Burgos has dedicated himself to teaching the culinary arts in NYC.
His concentrations include knife skills, sauce making, South Western cuisine, appetizers, soups, and grilling.
“I strongly believe that food should be respected and taken seriously, but on the other hand it should be enjoyed and celebrated to the fullest”.
