Chicken Ratatouille with Cous Cous

This recipe highlights some of summer’s best produce.  Italian spices are tossed among zucchini, peppers, tomatoes and strips of boneless chicken breasts to create a light and flavorful one dish supper that is complimented by quick cooking couscous.  You will need a large saute´pan, a few tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper to create this delicious meal for 4-6 people.

Meal kits will be available for pick up at the studio on Thursday from 2-4pm.
