Beef Chili with Corn Muffins

This do-ahead supper is the perfect meal for a chilly night or anytime you are too busy to cook.  With two pounds of ground beef, it’s enough to feed a crowd and can be made on the stovetop or crockpot to be ready to serve when the goblins in your neighborhood turn in for the evening.  The chili is complimented by a simple cornbread recipe that can be cooked as muffins or in an 8×8 baking pan.

You will need some vegetable oil to make these recipes.

Gift certificates can not be used to purchase meal kits.

Meal kits will be available for pick up at the studio on Thursday from 4-6 pm.  Please call (732)741-2665 when you arrive so we can deliver to your car.
