Sarah’s introductory immersion into the world of fresh, simple, yet delicious food took place during her years in Italy. One of the biggest lessons she learned was the importance of seasonal, local ingredients. She’ll be scouring the farmer’s market to bring the best of the NJ autumn produce to class. Sarah is currently enrolled in a Harvard Medical School nutrition program.

Sarah is a certified health coach and a trained chef. She combines her wellness knowledge with a culinary background to prepare food that is both delicious and provides essential nutrients and reduces inflammation.
After earning a degree in finance from Boston College, and working in commodities at Goldman Sachs, she pivoted from crude oil to olive oil.  Sarah moved to southern Italy, where she co-founded a company working with small, family-run, artisanal food producers.  Upon returning stateside, she trained at the French Culinary Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
